these shoes WERNT made for walkin'....

These are the shoes i bought for my birthday (august 14th, thanks for all the cards). i may have gone a little overboard, but we rarely have the extra cash to buy such things so it was well justified. (side note- the magenta pair is actualy from sarah sherks wedding, but theyre so cute i had to show them off.) sorry for the ackward angles, you try taking a good picture of your own foot! i have decided that a great pair of shoes can make any outfit fabulous, so ladies, put on your stillettos and work what you mamma gave ya.

Tara, I knew you had excellent taste. Your shoe collection just confirms it. Strappy heels rock! So do red ones! Which means that red strappy heels are the perfect shoe. It's a scientific fact.

The hot pink are still my favorite. Although I could use a nice strappy gold heel in my shoe collection....hmm.

there are some things my mama just did not give me... you know what I"m talkin' about!

why do you always force me to change who I am? First dangly earings, now this! I can't deal with it right now!

you try walking on rocks, dirt, and gravel wherever you go and see if that's your shoe of choice!

Remember my first pair of black high heels in jr. high? I felt cool and stupid all at the same time. I think that was right about the time that you were dating Joey... Teh Beav, that is...

but lets get serious, sometimes a girl has to sacrifice in the name of fashion...i may have bloody toes by the end of the day, but i will look cute, by golly! and you cant tell me you dont feel just a smidge sexier in those long dangly earrings?!!

I miss danglers...from my ears that is.

I also want you to know that my fabulous husband took me shopping and got me like 4 shirts and a necklace to match today (remember what we talked about on the phone the other day...I was desperate!) They are so cute. Man I love that guy.

jen! remember the pelcky brothers in California?! i think the younger one was handicaped....ask ryan he knows the pelckys.

Yeah, one Pelky kid had one leg shorter than the other ... and two eyes that seemed to look into your very soul! Eek!

Criminitly! Once Ryan sought to beat some kind of record for a huge number of comments on his blog! He should have talked about women's shoes!

I wanted to buy those red shoes but didn't because we didn't have the cash and I don't have anything to wear with them but mostly becase I didn't have the cash. You can always find something to wear with fabulous red heels!
They are all so beautiful! You lucky girl!
